I watched people one hot day working in a field. Some were hewing down the wheat and tying them into bundles. Others were gathering those bundles and carrying them to a place to be thrashed of its kernel. Many separated the thrashed kernel from the wheat straw. Still others pounded the kernel to dust while some made the dust into bread. This bread they all shared. Those who knew their way in the field tried to teach their knowledge to those who showed interest.

The interested ones said, “we see you doing these things in the field but we do not understand, please teach us how.”

The learned ones turned their knowledge into a game saying to each other, “we must not tell them how, we must lead them to discover how for themselves such as the way we learned our knowledge.”
